Include the name of your publication or blog (including a link) and any other information about it that might be useful, along with your name, title, shipping address, and a phone number where you can be reached. If you are a freelancer, please indicate which publications your write for.

Publishing sample recipes from the book: We encourage you to publish a sample recipe from the book, with appropriate credit given. If you would like to reprint one or more recipes, please contact us at info@twolazygourmets.com for express permission. We’ll be happy to provide electronic files.
